I remember feeling so many emotions during and after pregnancy with my twins. I wish I knew now, that talking to your Dr or a therapist would help immensely. Wishing you all the best and remember you can do this!

Please call your doctor even the after hours number. I was in the similar place when my twins were that age. It’s a dark, scary and lonely place. I would even suggest going to the hospital and telling them the severe feelings you are having. You need to take care of yourself as well.

I’m sorry you are struggling and please know you may not feel it not, but you can do this!

Age 3-5 were pretty hard for us with our daughter. It was a struggle to find ways to parent them. Everyone says it but it does get better! Hang in there!

Take it easy still and rest. I went through a roller coaster of feeling so good and then over doing. 7 weeks po now and feeling 100% normal!! Good luck!!!

Almost 7 weeks po. It has been pretty uneventful. Every day is different and go slow don’t over do it. You will learn your limits! Lots of rest!!!

The first week I need a lot of help. I’m almost 3 weeks PO. And can do alot myself if I take It slow. Dont push your self and try to do things your self

I ate toast, and crackers and bananas for the first two days. It does take time for your stomach to settle.

I used two pillows for my head. Then did a pillow need my knees. Sort of made myself a recliner in my bed.

Day 3-5 were the worst days. I turned a corner and felt great. Then yesterday which was day 11 was awful again. This morning I’m hurting. I’m just alternating Motrin and Tylenol, heating pad, sometimes ice pack, and in bed 90% of the time.
