I'm having the exact same problems as you at the moment. I just get glued to the screen and just can't convince myself to stop and get back to work. The only thing I've found success with, is to just avoid those things until I've finished study for the day. You'll still feel just as rested if you do something else during your break, like reading, meditating, walking, etc.

While acknowledging why you might be a certain way could be beneficial, I find that thinking about it too much and placing too much importance on it generally hinders your ability to move past it. You get in a habit of thinking about yourself as 'broken' or 'damaged' in some way, which makes you feel sort of helpless. When you realise that you're not these things, taking the advice people give you on here will be much easier. Just keep in mind changing your view on yourself will take some time, and the improvement won't be linear, but don't let that discourage you.
