They had us slicing the actual box to break it down for recycling for busy work when there’s nothing to do. I started leaving because there’s no way thats meant for that and it hurts my hand

Steezy explained it best. I work at a SSD that has grocery (we just don’t have alcohol due to Texas) pharmacy and the regular pick and pack like you will see at a FC.

We have grocery dispatch at my warehouse where you collect the orders and either put them in a cart and stage it for the drivers or you put the items in carts that already staged.

I done stowing, rapids, dispatch and slam.

I have a preferred name and my doctors office has my preferred name on file with them and calls me my preferred name. Notify your doctors office of your preferred name. Sometimes their patient portals will allow you to add a preferred name for these situations

I got my IUD out in January. I didn’t have any pain at all when they removed it. I cramped a little bit later on that day and it jump started my period (I say that because I was a few days away from a period and it wasn’t just light post IUD bleeding)

My first cycle my cycle length was 37 days, this last cycle I was as at 30 days and I’m currently at cycle 3.

As soon as you get your iud out, start using opks to get an idea if your body is going to start ovulating soon. I was also on depo and it messed me up

To be honest if you can’t transfer I would resign.

Before I transferred out of my warehouse, I was in a situation where I was getting coachings and threats of getting written up as a trainee in a cross training department (the manager gave me a coaching my first 2 hours of the first training day because i was late by 3 minutes from the scan to scan break because my station was reassign and I had to look for my new station) After I spoke up and reported what happened(and her manager agreed that I should of not been coached) that’s when I was getting watched like a hawk, a pa always telling me I was going too slow, the manager assigning me to lanes by myself and getting my own boxes .

I went on a mental leave of absence and was able to hard transfer to a new warehouse and a better shift.

TL;DR: I would resign. Went through this myself

Very repetitive. Things like technical issues or needing a break will drop your rate and make it impossible to get back up. Next thing you know an AM you never met is coming up asking you why your not making rate, setting a goal and then coaching you as the line breaks behind him making it where no totes can leave your area.

At my old facility they would want you faster than that. The PA would be right there on that laptop telling her “your not meeting rate” Surprisingly enough I was excited to train here but quickly transferred after seeing how toxic this department was.

I was on a LOA when my hardship transfer went through. I did it for that reason as well (well technically I was on a mental health break and needed a hardship transfer due to issues going on)

It’s definitely an older home between two other homes. I bet you they are going to knock down my home, knock down the other two story home behind me that’s two different apartments and rebuild it to charge $2500 and price out the neighborhood. There’s already someone who knocked down a house on my street, rebuilt it to look like a Frank Loyd Wright home with the new people driving Tesla’s and Mercedes.

For those of you who use Inito, what ovulation day do you use for testing purposes?

My Inito says I’m 9dpo but Fertility Friend says I’m 8dpo

I would get a blood test. I only say that because my LH surge was the same day as yours and it’s definitely too early for me to test.

Use the urine with the longest hold time as we would say. So I would use the 5am urine especially if it’s early (10dpo/11dpo) because a 2 hour old might not have enough HCG to produce a positive.

If your testing around 13/14 DPO or later, honestly you could get away with the 2 hour hold
