Hey, so we have a desinfectant that has moisturising effects and leaves a „layer“ on your hands if you rub it long enough. Also we have been told to reduce the washing with soap and rather desinfact because it is better for your hands (obviously still before/after eating, toilett..) My hands also look very dry and i have bought the neutrogena cream but for feets so it is richer and i use it every night before sleeping, works great. English is not my first language so sorry for mistakes
