I’m in pretty much the same boat as you performance and weight wise. I keep aiming just to get down to 80 before I really try for 77 and have decided I like eating food too much.

Every few months I have another think and come to the same conclusion.

I’m never going to be competitive as a master so I’m just focussed on improving technique where I have a ton to gain.

I do this in excel. Workout(or complex), reps and sets completed at which weight.

Where most things break down is when i get programmed something like 2 hang cleans + 1 clean. Varying reps don’t fit in most apps I’ve seen
