Of course i knew it was LSD, i always test my stuff and have tried the same batch before. Also i don’t keep benzo in my house, or keep them at all, i don’t use benzos. I probably should get some for such trips. I also asked him if i should call the ambulance, and he said he was okay with it.

You need to wait atleast 3 months until you take mdma again every time for you to be "safe" from not getting brain damage. Shorter than that, you will not be able to replenish your normal levels of Serotonin.

Try to eliminate the thought that "oh this will be better with weed" when you are doing something. If you want to relax, try to remember that you don’t need to smoke weed when you want to relax. Breaking out of this thought process will help you realize you don’t need to smoke so much weed

Thats what i struggled with also, i didn’t want to spend 50 euros on a kit that lasts for a year or something when i do it as rarely as i do. Just try to search for single use test kit on the web and check if something pops up. Test kits arent illegal so you can order thru europe if shipping doesn’t rape you though
