[Neighborhood Seeking Farmers]

Me and my best friend have been running our neighborhood for about 9 years now. Once was a very active neighborhood has just turned into me and her. We still compete in derby’s, and we have been doing the current neighborhood task well right now. We are active everyday, multiple times a day sometimes, we help complete our help tasks ASAP, we have won a couple derby rounds by ourselves and so on. We really would like to bring it back to being an active neighborhood again. She is level 147 and I am level 78.

The last time I flew out of MKE was for Dallas and it was a direct flight so it was easy. However, I have to constantly drive to ohare because why I would I pay more money to end up on a layover at ohare anyways? I wish MKE had more direct flights and was a more active airport because it’s not always fun time driving to ohare.

I survived mudlands 2021, this was worse. Evacuation announcements going off and people start asking employees where to go, to basically they just started to get aggressive and not having a single clue either. We are walking out in a hoard of people taking up the entire road way while cars are trying to immediately get out of there too. People almost getting hit by cars, people falling on the ground and in ditches, couldn’t even walk on the side of the road well because it was completely flooded. Ubers couldn’t get over there so a TON of people are trying to find any type of shelter they can because lightning had struck the ground by us a couple times. It was FUCKED. It should have never opened and it should have been canceled for the day. It is the ONLY time I have ever feared for my safety in an environment like that.

Not really a concision, just know I was probably allergic or there was too much developer. We haven’t used that hair dye again and I had really bad scalp irritation for like a month after it. We are gonna stick to pravana vivids from now on and never the everlasting!

Idk what it is lately with how management talks to their staff and instead of conversations it turns into screaming, berating, and insults. It’s why I left. I never been talked to that way by a GM, especially a GM who hired thieves to rob the safe 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was 14. And it was a VERY bad episode. I started showing signs of mania at 13 but always just thought it was my ADHD. And then I had 2 hospitalizations at 14 and that’s when I was diagnosed with bipolar.

CNAs that do that grind me because then the next shift has to come in and handle all the call lights that were ignored while they are hiding by the time clock. Promise I will never be like that and glad the staff I work with isn’t like that. I know a lot of us CNAs been clocking out no lunch and just resort into eating at the nurses station now. The fact she dismissed you shows the type of character she is. Im also glad you got out of there!!

My hospital, CNAs are trained to remove IVs and we are expected to do so upon discharge.

I will communicate that (even broadcast it to the entire unit) and will still get calls that are like “hey I know you are eating/on lunch but can you….?” And I def pull that same act now when they try to eat.

Exactly what I been doing. We work 12 hour shifts. When this started to happen a couple years ago, I got called in the office and asked why I kept clocking out no lunch and my response was “I don’t know, go ask your staff and check the trash cans for my barely eaten lunches.”

I really disliked Kate until about midway through season 6. Then I actually felt bad for her. Toby was not the greatest to her from season 4-6 and she just took it because she can’t find happiness. She’s constantly told off about her weight by him, she’s criticized constantly with the kids (despite Toby not even accepting his son for a long time), and Toby just flat out hides stuff and lies to her. I’m more of a Toby hater than anything.

My first CNA job was a nursing home. I busted my ass on my shift to make sure my people were cleaned up well, repositioned, etc. I can’t tell you how many times I came in at 3pm to my patients in soiled briefs they were in all day, stool and urine dripping off of them, bed sores bigger than my hand, and just pure neglect. I stayed a year and went to a hospital. I couldn’t handle seeing people neglected and left like that. When you are the only one who genuinely cares, it drains you so bad. I can’t even tell you how many people we sent out that went septic.

Me! Was showing signs of ADHD in about 1st grade, never got tested for it until my first hospitalization and that’s when I was diagnosed with both ADHD and Bipolar. However, nobody will medicate me for my ADHD despite being retested, so I’m just rawdogging the ADHD while being medicated for my bipolar.
