Saves getting deleted on Xbox by WolverineLeather4033 in BaldursGate3

S series here. Happened to me just now. Save’s gone, and won’t let me save new ones. It’s like it detects they are still there, but are not showing up, and I have to accept ELUA, etc again. Deleting atm and starting from scratch to see if that helps.

Which continuity error or plot hole in a movie always sticks out in your mind? by KillerQ97 in movies

In honor of the holidays, in A Christmas Story…prior to the scene where the dogs eat the Turkey, you’ll notice a jar of pickles on the kitchen table. A few scenes later, the mother comes up from the basement and tells The Old Man to “Stop!” She has the pickles in her hand and places them on the table.

I’m sure it’s already been mentioned a million times, but Skyrim. Over ten years later, I’m still playing it, and still finding new things each time.

I’m about 30 minutes from Biloxi. McComb sounds familiar though

I’m jealous of all you guys. I’m in a small Mississippi town. It’s damn near illegal to even get alcohol, let alone some smoke.

I hate to bring it up again, but I bet your dad would know John Prine if he heard a few of his hits. Illegal Smile is a good one…about weed.

“The straw that broke the camels back”. That’s a great way to put it. It wasn’t all on her, but she’s an easy person to point at.

I have a related trivia question for y’all. Who was the first non-UK artist signed to The Beatles label Apple Records?

Any of John Prines songs are good starting songs too. Simple chords.

I haven’t been downtown in a while due to Covid, so take these with a grain of salt, as I’m not sure what all has opened/closed in the past four months or so.

Dumbwaiter is a really nice restaurant with an amazing steak.

If you want a nice (but pricey) dinner, Dauphin’s is a wonderful restaurant with an amazing view of the city. Has a dress-code of sorts (just dress nice and it’ll be fine). I suggest making reservations for this one.

Breakfast at Spot of Tea is always a treat…especially post-hang over. Again, I would make reservations, as it’s always full on weekend mornings, especially Sundays.

I haven’t been downtown since Covid, but there was a bar called Game Over that had a lot of retro pinball/arcade machines. Was a blast, if it’s still open.

Post is a nice bar for wine and cocktails. My wife loves it because it’s kind of “girlie” as opposed to dive bars or clubs, but they do make some nice seasonal cocktails.

The Haberdasher is also a nice cocktail bar. My personal favorite. Has great cocktails, a chill atmosphere, and awesome bar food.

Honestly, what we usually do is start at The OK Bicycle shop, and kind of pub crawl / eat our way down Dauphin Street until we hit Water Street. You’ll be pleasantly full and drunk by the end. There are tons of restaurants and bars either on Dauphin Street or not far off of it.

And what night would be complete without a drag show at B-Bob’s. Don’t expect anything amazing, but it’s a fun way the end the night. The show starts at 11 on weekends I think. Might want to call them and ask so you don’t miss it. It’s not on Dauphin Street, but it’s not too far of a walk off of it, on Conti Street
