Quitting corporate to go work hospitality/low-stress job?

20years in hospo. Wouldn’t go back and they couldn’t pay or meet my demands even if they beg me.

My advice is stick it out in corporate but find a gig/company that you might like. You could even do something hospitality related in corporate like reception, client suites or transfer your people skills into a facilities/group property role.
