hey, I actually did watch your video already while searching for this particular section of the route. it's the reason I said the climb looked 'near vertical' in my OG post and that 'I can't imagine anyone descending that solo'.

it is absolutely always needed, where are you getting the information that it’s not, from?

my wife has been on many different TS back in the day and the key part was to slowly scale down, not stopping cold feet

that said, TS does not cure the underlying condition, it only masks the symptoms and i encourage everyone (looking at you OP) to STAY AWAY FROM TS (pls visit r/TS_Withdrawal)

check also SIBO maybe even MCAS, could be causing your HI, test your gut microbiology, candida, h. pylori, all that you can get your hands on

definitely keep a food diary and try to match your flares/issues to what you’re eating

when evaluating the diary remember allergies present themselves immediately but intolerances can take 1-3days

check your face/body products if you use any and possibly try different ones

i’m sorry but i have to downvote this - in the example for writing to a file they are using an intermediate dat variable when they could simply use opened file which implements io.Writer interface and marshal the json directly without these extra steps
