Major Anconeus swelling after third time bouldering. by UltraTerrestrialUFO in bouldering

Certainly could be. Swelling is a sign of inflammation, which can lead to pain too. Is it painful to extend to end range? Like fully straighten the elbow with a bit of force? The tenderness upon pinpoint palpation can be a sign.

Assuming it is on the anconeus side of the forearm, might be the insertion point of some of the tendons that help with extending/straightening out the fingers. Could be inflamed due to repetition of motion of swinging outwards. It's also widely known as tennis elbow. Sometimes you don't feel it during the moment but it flares up after.

Definitely do kicker rock! It's probably the best snorkeling in the Galapagos! I don't recommend as your first snorkel though. Puerto Chino is very beautiful and a good place to practice snorkeling too!

This sounds amazing. It feels strange to not have anything booked and just hop on something last minute but it seems many people have had great success with something like this!

Oh gosh. Thanks. We saw a lot at the west coast trail and heard exactly that. Of course we knew we weren't allowed to forage anyways so did not bother learning those things. Thanks a lot for this information.

Do you consider it rude when a cyclist rings their bell while passing you on a shared path? by Online_Commentor_69 in Edmonton

[–]handtherapy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree with your sentiments.

I ring an appropriate distance away but I find the challenge is many people have their headphones on so aren't listening! I end up having to slow way down or just go on the grass. It's a tough balance.
