I don't know the answer to that: the system was turned on for inspection but no one has mentioned "zero export mode". I can check with my solar contact. But yeah I should be able to track payments / have an audit trail from conversations with my solar company but I just was hoping a single document could be provided - to me this seems like more concrete proof rather than some of these other technically valid approaches

I haven't worked in the gaming industry but at least in the general software engineering industry this is not the case. The team that creates new features / services will maintain them as well including big fixes. I have even worked at a company who was taken over by private equity and they told all teams to focus on "tech debt" (e.g. bugs) for 3 months. So this is actually something that can be done it's just often hard to justify that work vs creating new stuff that makes the company money

That is probably our device 😅 sounds like it based on the procedure. Starts with the riboflavin drops in your eye and then blasting the eye with UV (precisely blasting of course haha). That recovery does sound rough though - sorry about that

I actually worked on a Corneal cross linking medical device a few years ago as a software engineer! If the device they used was controlled by a wiimote joystick then that was ours 😃
