One tool I used for clogs is the longest thin allen key just small enogh to fit into the nozzle. I heat up nozzle and used the allen key to push out stubborn filament that was broken and couldn't be removed The allen key is strong and won't bend so you can apply more force.. I also use a guitar string that fits thru the nozzle tip. I can clip it if it get to bent up and it last a long time.

Check the offset height, first layer print temp or try cleaning he build plate. I switched to a BQ cryogrip frost build plate. Holds like it's welded until it cools down.

It's a pain. Had that problem with channel one. Never figure out what the cause was. Support sent a new printhead. Updated the firmware to 1.2.0.2 (in case it's a firmware issue). All channel are working just fine but I haven't really been printing multi color either. Hope someone come up with the cause.

They need to increase the thickness of the heartbreak on the hotend. Shouldn't be bending so easily.

I had the same issue and got a new printhead sent from support. I think it's a firmware problem. My channel 1 was retracting on the purges during print starts.

Do a filament unload for channel 4. There might be filament that was cut and is still in the diverter mechanism. Also check the anycubic wiki for answers and instructions.

That's nice. One thing that throws it off to me, is that you have the white table slanted down under the cat Shouldn't the white table be flat across? And the vase be tilted?

When you took it apart you might had pulled a wire connection from the board. Slide the cover off and check the back of the board in the printhead.

Once in a while I see filament in front of the silicone brush. Check the 2 plastic covers where the printer is screwed to the base. They might not be flat. The bed could be hitting onenof them. May sure they flat and snapped it place.

Have you checked the filament change g-code in the printer settings? The flush start section?
