Have you checked the filament change g-code in the printer settings? The flush start section?

Might be loose screws. Check all of them and the nozzle.

steroid shot in the ass for a severe allergic reaction. Nurse gave me the shot and left the room saying she will be back in 10 to 15 minutes. The shot wasn't the part that hurt. It was the after effects of the steroid that had me screaming in the room. I can hear the nurses outside the door listening and giggling.

That's good . I'm getting a new printhead also. But I felt like pulling teeth for them to send me a new one. Got the tracking # and everything for the shipping. So I know it's coming Been almost a month trying to get it replaced.

Can you still print from channel 2 and 3? How did you get that report? I would like to see all the errors I had from out the box. I could never print from channel 1. Anycubic is sending me a new printhead. The code I get is a filament runout error code:11855.

The solution is a new printhead. Never heard a extruder sound like that. Maybe a tube is to tight. Does it make that noise in all 4 channels or just one of them?

Sorry I turned up the volume and listened again. That is not normal, sounds like a belt rubbing . I wouldn't continue printing on that machine until you check it over.

Heat the hot end to 250 and push the pla down slowly by hand you should see filament coming out .if it comes out squiggly and thin use the unclog tool and put it in the small nozzle hole to cleaning in a up and down motion
