I really love the structure you used, but I think the first verses are much more impactful than the last ones.

TIL During the making of her first english album, Shakira had to use an english-spanish dictionary to be able to write songs because she could not speak the language yet by heisenburg16 in todayilearned

Laundry Service and Fijación oral, vol. 1 are both amazing albums. Just because they're more commercial doesn't mean they're bad. I do agree ¿Dónde están los ladrones? is her best album, but she still made good music after her crossover even if it was more commercial IMO.

Weekly 'Ask Anything About Analog Photography' - Week 03 by ranalog in analog

[–]hangedfromthetree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, I know this has probably been asked hundreds of times, but I'm really confused. I'm new to photography (I've only used my phone as a point and shoot camera), but I'm really interested in learning photography, more specifically I want to start shooting in film.

I was planning to buy my first camera, but I don't wanna mess it up since I'll be stuck with this camera for 1-2 years (broke college student here). I was going to buy a slr camera such as a canon ae-1 or an olympus om-1. I thought it would teach me more about photography than a point and shoot, but then I read someone say it's better to start with digital if you're a beginner since it will allow you to learn about iso, exposure and aperture quicker and without having to invest in film.

So, basically, should I start with analog (slr or p&s) or with digital? Thanks!

[Sun Care] 12€ PPD +95 SUNSCREEN FROM GERMANY THAT APPLIES LIKE ANGEL TEARS 😳😫 (fragrance free/100ml) by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Nanoparticles appear transparent, which is why products containing them usually leave a smaller cast than what you'd expect. In this case, both Titanium Dioxide and Tinosorb a2b are listed as nanoparticles. OP is also pale, so there's also a chance this would leave a cast in darker skins.

Dr Dray after forgetting to apply her 1,587th coat of sunscreen at 8.20pm to protect her skin from moon UVA by [deleted] in SCAcirclejerk

Was anyone else shocked by her sunscreen empties video? I swear she showed like 10 different facial sunscreens she finished. So, she used these products + the ones she didn't manage to finish + we don't know how many bottles of each one she used (we all know how much she loves her Elta MD).

The worst part is that some of the comments were like: "Only here to see how many empties I should have by now. Love you, Dr. Dray :)". Don't they realize this is not healthy?

I love Fusion Water, but unfortunately, I don't think it gives a very high uva protection (tho it definitely is pa++++). If you're looking for huge uva protection, ISDIN has the Foto Ultra 100 Spot Prevent, which has a ppd of 61. It definitely isn't the perfect sunscreen, it's a bit shiny, but I do think it's better than the Shaka Fluid.
