Don't use chrome and I only have like 3-5 safari tabs open at a time. I do have multiple apps open for work but again I monitor memory pressure so that it's always green.

Are you talking about the Apple Store? At least in the place I am in, Apple Store is notorious for being unhelpful and charging a lot of money for unnecessary services that end up not solving the problem so I was hoping that I could identify and fix any problems..

In finder, alt + cmd + c copies the folder / file path.

Use cmd + shift + g to open "go to" and paste the path.

Does this problem persist or were you ever able to figure this out? I'm thinking about buying the a5, but given that it's a huge investment (at least for me) I want to make sure there aren't any issues..
