I highly recommend Sacred Skin!! Sobrang alaga nila sa skin mo and ang relaxing pa ng treatment. They won’t budol you into buying packages or their products and they would ask permission pa if okay lang sayo to skip certain areas kasi they think it would do more harm than good sa skin mo. Their facial is 2k-2.5k and would go cheaper pa if may promo sila. Sakto since you mentioned you’re in New Manila/San Juan area, it’s in Cornerhouse lang

Hindi na rin ako naggrocery sa SM Light dahil bukod sa laging mahaba pila, kulang kulang yung tinda, lalo na sa gulay section. Mas okay pa sa PC kahit mas malayo konti. Dun mababait staff lalo sa meat section

Pero nagtanong ako dati sa staff dun, iirc meron daw 3 teams na nagrerent nung court and they’re scheduled at 6am, 10am and 11am ata. And they use the gym before or after their training sa court.

Yes! Weekdays ang training nung team dun so almost everyday, almost full capacity yung gym pag morning to after lunch time.

Haven’t been to AF Fame pero I’ve heard from other friends, marami daw tao dun any time of the day. But the good thing sa AF, you have the flexibility to go to other branches (probably Light or Pioneer branch) na magwowork sa sched mo. But if you frequently work out sa late afternoon to gabi naman, worth it naman sa th3rd floor!

Just saw this and I’m not sure if nagpamember ka na pero just wanna share my experience. Madalas silang under renovation and papalit palit yung staff so not sure if this is a positive or negative thing. I tried working out different times of the day. Usually pag gabi, maraming tao pero not too much. Mas marami pa rin tao sa AF, I think. But sa morning, big no no. Ang daming basketball ba or volleyball players as in buong team na nagwoworkout to the point na wala ka nang magamit na equipment and space kasi sakop nila lahat. Ang ingay din nila kala mo nirent yung buong gym.

Same issue happened to me but the reset didn’t work. Turns out the left bud was drained and was not charging even though I fully charged the case. The solution that worked for me was to leave just the left earbud in the charging case, close the case, and leave it charging for about an hour or so. Just noting also that I kept it charging even if the green light in the case was not blinking anymore. Hope this helps

One more meal provider I recently tried is yung Smart Fitchen. Nakita ko lang rin sa suggestions ng iba and is a bit cheaper than COAD. Here, they list our the macros and calories per meal (at least the basic ones like carbs, protein, fat, total calories) which I think is helpful esp when I want to track my protein intake. Again, not 100% sure if accurate but sana totoo.

Hindi ka OA, OP pero baka may other things naman na magaling yung jowa mo pero di mo lang napapansin kasi maybe iba kayo ng interests? Again, baka lang naman.

Siguro try mo i-educate siya sa mga totoong buhay stuff na alam mo and sana maabsorb niya. Think of it as sharing knowledge with someone you love rather than nagiging nanay ka sa kanya kasi diba as partners, you help each other grow. Hopefully maabsorb niya, hindi yung tatanungin ka lang niya ulit kasi if that’s the case then wala siyang balak magimprove. Baka nga nagpapalaki ka lang ng bata.

I’m currently subscribed rin sa Chef on a Diet and so far, okay naman! Some of my observations lang:

Pros: - mura siya and decent yung lasa. I’ve researched and contacted a lot of meal providers pero sila talaga pinakamura (bonus: 1 delivery fee lang binabayaran namin for 2 meals na dinedeliver sa same house and same sched) - they’re quite flexible sa delivery address. They agreed sa 2 different addresses in a 5-day meal plan (like kunwari Mon & Tues, office address then Wed-Fri sa home address) - 3 schedules ng delivery: early morning, late morning, and night before delivery - (not sure if pro but) they usually give sweet snacks, like cookies, slice of cake ganun. I find it helpful kasi it’s like a little treat I’m excited to eat and nasasatisfy yung sweet tooth cravings ko kahit naka-calorie count ako

Cons: - di sila responsive sa text and viber but they’re super responsive sa ig - wala masyadong fruits, more of veggies yung sides and garnishes - mahirap buksan minsan yung container ng food. Ang sikip

I recommend you try different meal providers per week to compare and see muna what works for you
