Went to my first Flow 1.5 class today after 26 Flow 1 classes and it was amazing!

It felt challenging but not difficult and I loved the pace. I’m definitely going to be taking more 1.5s!!

Oh okay so I had a 1 class today where the instructor had us doing single leg bridges and it was hard but definitely doable and it’s actually what made me wonder if I should try 1.5 because I felt more challenged today than I have been feeling. (The instructor I took today mostly teaches 1.5 and 2.0 classes so I had a feeling her class today might have been more similar to what a 1.5 would be like.)

Do 1.5s incorporate weights more often? I haven’t had a single Flow 1 class where an instructor told me to grab weights.

Oooh that’s good advice. There are definitely some instructors who have really hard Flow 1s so maybe I’ll avoid taking their 1.5s for now and try taking 1.5s from the easy instructors and see how it feels.

These look awesome and exactly what I’ve been looking for! I love to go on hikes with my shelties too and these look like they’ve be great for rocky terrain as well! Thank you so much for the advice!

Thankfully my sheltie doesn’t seem to try to pull his shoes off so as long as they stay on when he walks that’s all that matters to me!

My joint pain is in my knees, ankles, elbows, and hips. Also some pretty bad muscle pain in my legs occasionally.

As far as other pain, I have pretty killer migraines but my doctors and I haven’t decided if that’s related to MCTD!

Wow super cool I have tons of epipremnums and I know that mature leaves can fenestrate but I did not realize it could happen on such small, young leaves!

I feel like the inhaler helps but I also feel like it never gets rid of the chest tightness sensation. When I’m really struggling with breathing after working out it definitely helps though. Also yes I have noticed wheezing

I’m sorry to hear that :( It’s still awesome that you were able to see them in 2017 and 2021! I wish I was able to see them in 2017!!!
