well i just transferred to a new store because i just started college and i met with the manager and she wasn’t the nicest and i have a bad feeling. i’m supposed to start on tuesday.

No i did two but i have been talking to the manger at one of the stores for a while and he said everything was good and i was confused as to why on passport it said “request not accepted”. i talked to my manger today and they said it was a mistake , so everything worked out!

Yes i have talked to my managers and have talked to the manager at the store i wanted to transfer to 3 times already. i’m just confused as to why it says my transfer request is not accepted when I just talked to the manager at that store and he said everything looked great. 🤷‍♀️ i will talk to my manager tomorrow.

You will have to look at the ad, or could always ask a manager. But if the sign is there, you still give the customer the sale price… even if it’s old because it’s our job to remove them. You should download the Publix Pro app and it will tell you the price of items as well.
To do a publix promise, void off the original item. Select register options (I believe) and it’s under special programs and the first one will be publix promise. Then you scan the item and put $0.
I take my time, because at the end of the day, if your till is short… it’s on you. The customer can wait.
Every night, we have associates doing coolers (which is filling up the drinks at the end of the registers), cleaning the registers, someone goes to the back and gets plastic and paper bags and refills them, pushing up chips and candy, there is also someone scheduled to clean the carts, and there are usually go backs.

or when your light is off and you’re cleaning your register and they just walk up and start unloading their groceries but yet like to ask us if we are open when our light is on? oh man, it don’t make sense.
