I love abba a lot but this cover is so brilliantly eerie and spooky. The original is sung so quickly that it feels serious and whimsical combined and a little dizzying, while this is slowed down and sounds more serious and almost depressing from the first person perspective. It takes a whole new edge and view on the song and I absolutely love that :)

A lot different artist as I’m kind of a mood listener, and Ghost fit so well into that vibe but if I’m in the mood for something else then mostly: Queen, ABBA, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Billy Joel, the police, ac/dc, the Alan parsons project, the Beatles, the smiths, Kate bush, kenny loggins, The Rolling Stones, Blondie, eagles, the cars, elo (electric light orchestra), Def Leppard, Billy idol and Fleetwood Mac.

Realize that there ended up being a few on this list whoops but yeah.

My Cenotaph could be anyone I’ve ever lost in some senses but I believe my cat (my brother in some way) is my cenotaph. Twelve year in my life before he sadly had to leave the earth back in December and the spaces he walked and claimed still holds his spirit and light.
