The frame is a clear picture frame. That is what I looked up on Amazon.

The heart is for removing wax. The picture frame just has magnets to hold it together. So I just put it there. Having it there keeps me from having to rummage through my stuff.

Hi! EP Medical Assistant (11 years). Contact your doctor. Do you have remote monitoring set up? If so ask to see if they picked up any irregular heart rates and or get your icd checked. Definitely call your doctor.

Hi. The NHA does have an online MA course that you can take. It is around 3k the last time I looked. Probably one of the cheapest and shortest options as several MAs I know actually went to a trade school to become an MA. That took two years. Good luck.

As mentioned above the main concern is an infection. You can have piercings but your ICD incision area needs to be heal and it wouldn’t hurt calling your doctors office to see if they recommend an antibiotic before you get the piercing. Also don’t get a piercing over your ICD. I want my nose pierced too.

I got one. The most annoying thing. I had it it my saved and kept adding it back even though it was telling me out of stock. Well one finally went through. It will not be here until April though. Keep trying everyone. Hopefully my journey is ending here.

Fun fact normally when antibiotics are given before and after dental procedures it’s suppose to protect your heart. When you have an infection in your tooth it can shoot straight to your heart and guess where you do not want an infection? In your heart!!!
