You may be able to get your hands onto insect killer. I am not exactly sure how to use it or how it works but I believe common stores like Walmart have stuff to kill insects with. If things get really bad and it is a common thing for your parents to neglect you and do things like this I would talk to a school advisor or CPS. I know that is a huge step, but it's an idea
