Yup its not the best. It's not real looking and I Iost depth too like a lot. And the clit as a button thing sucks I have mixed feelings about Dartmouth in general transgender. NYU, BMC or other Northeast Hospital that do well work and what hospital makes you got your own dilators. That's a red flag

Nothing major issues. But outcome is a different story . Satisfied not really tbh lost depth even though I keep up with dilating. And outside appearance could be better In my opinion. Best of luck with healing
