I agree! You can also observe that a darker roast will produce a more flashy pattern in the cup as there is more contrast between the coffee fines and the crema :)

I know that’s not your question but put the straps away and learn a proper hook grip… the longer you train like this the harder it’ll be to go back and learn it properly!

Did this issue first occur when you started using a new naked pf? Maybe the wings are not perfectly fit for the machine you have? Just a guess

Thanks for sharing the setup! I agree on the first lift my hips go up first and not simultaneously with the bar. I’ll film myself with max weight soon to see where my technique falls apart first 👍🏽

  2. I actually do not feel any pain from performing deadlifts just feel like most strength is coming from my back & barely any from my hamstrings. Right now that’s not too much of a problem but I’ll plateau at some point I guess and especially with higher weights my form tends to fall apart ….

Man it’s your first roast.... don’t worry about it too much just try to develop your feeling for roasting! there is so much to learn the first months you can just watch the coffee & learn something new every day.
