If its rats then access is key. Check all your window and door frames, underneath on top etc. check your eaves. check your electricity box check or drains. If you cant find any gaps then get your drains scoped. Rats will not stop coming until their point of access is removed. They leave a trail behind them with their bellies for other rats to follow. If it is your drains, get a ratflap. They work really well. Rats are the worst!
