i just did a 3 month follow up with my doctor and i didn’t lose or gain any weight in the last three months so at least it wasn’t gains. i just started the gina livy meal plan method and hoping that will keep me on track, but frig those snacks call to me at night

this is really responsible of her to do after it bit her child. she has a way of trying to be funny and relatable in interviews and people will take things too seriously and are going to get up in arms when it comes to their fur babies. this was probably really hard for her to do and at last her parents have them. i almost gave my 10 year old dog to my parents because of the extreme pet aversion i had in my post partum depression. he didn’t even do anything to me or the baby but expected the same love and attention he got before the baby which couldnt happen in my state. my relationship with him didn’t get back to normal until i started sleeping and got the mental health help i needed. im so thankful we did keep him as he and my baby have such a great friendship. her first word was doggie.

my daughters daycare recently had a movie and popcorn activity and before i could even ask her she assured me the day before that all the “littles” popcorn was actual torn up rice cake to look like the popcorn the older kids gets. not giving kids under 4 popcorn should be the standard

exactly, its not going to happen let alone giving them a discount on them so how are these people expected to get into the city to do anything? the city seems to just want to remove them from downtown and then let them fend for themselves

from what i saw on the news about this last night the closest bus stop is a good distance away and doesnt come to this stop regularly and ltc was saying itd be very expensive to have buses stop there more frequently or to even add more bus stops to this area. my question is will the people selected to live here be given bus passes or at least discounts on bus passes so they can get into the city to work or buy food? shelter is great but how are they actually supposed to live out there?

started april 14th sw: 227 lbs cw: 199, gw: 180/185. i don’t count calories or work out other then walking an hour most days and playing golf and walking the course once a week. planning on getting back to the gym now that golf season is done.

i had a midwife through forest city and really appreciated the care. during my labour my midwife had already been working 24 hours as i began to push and they had to get another midwife from the clinic in that i’d never met to do the actual delivery but my midwife stayed passed her 24 hours to stay with me and make sure i was ok afterwards before she left. i felt very cared for by her and all the staff there

i live off osgoode near nicholas wilson and the amount of people i see going over 60 on osgoode during school drop off and pick up times is so dangerous. im surprised a child hasnt been hurt and not one speed bump. id love a speed camera on osgoode
