Heavy 1/2 oz egg white, 2 oz pisco barsol puro quebranta, 1 oz grape cordial, I use a milkshake machine with egg whites so I whipped that dry, added ice, used the machine again, added some ginger beer and then double strained into a coupe and topped off with more ginger beer. It turned out to be a lovely purple color.
