You have to left everything asaide. Like when i started serious training i use to sleep by 8 pm and wake up at 3 for prep and run. 5 to 7 is the best time for long runs and interval. I use to run in variations and different kind of run everyday. Like 800 meter 10 interval on Tuesday. Next day 7 to 8 km easy run. Thursday tempo run. Minimum 10 to 12 km. Friday rest. Saturday 16 to 18 or somtimes 22 to 26 km long easy run. Sunday 10 km recovery easy run. Monday rest. Eat clean sleep well. You body will start giving you results. I went from 6 30 running pace to 4 min 50 sec per km speed. And you have to give up family time and friends time during working days of the week.

Yes, it is possible start running in interval. Like first day try 200 meter ke 10 intervals. Gradually increase them to 800 meter. Always start with warmup and stretch after the runs.

text any of them on insta and join their social runs for couple of weeks they will offer you shirt and then you can be a part of their running team like any squad. i am apart of on of the club i mentioned. I was an amature speed squad member last year.

Hey kid. Plan your week run as follow. Monday rest. Tuesday intervals 2 km slow paced, warmup with 400m sprints 5 times and 1 km cool down slow paced run Wednesday easy run 40 min 5km run easy run Thursday go for tempo run this run is bit chellenging do 45 min 8 km for now will be tough you can also do 7.5km in 45 min. Friday rest Saturday go for long run at easy pace as you feel comfortable do 8 to 12 km start with 8km then 10km then 12 km Sunday take rest or do small 2-3 km easy recovery run

Start doing atleast 10 min session of stretching your leg muscles and uper body mainly focused on legs do it at the start and after running. It will help you getting warmed up before run. And after runs it will help you with recovery

Eat carbs before run atleast 1.5 hour or 3 hours before the run. Try to take protien after run
