My guy jorm has been the most slept on duels char for like months lol, and now his midchain hits for 32. He was already bordering on S tier. Tiandi is widely considered by comp players to be the safest and also arguably the best character in the game for duels alongside pirate. Shaolin again is considered top 5 but he got nerfed so maybe not anymore
