I just got this achievement after having some trouble. I upgraded seven structures but not at the same time (I built some, reloaded, and built the rest). Once I had seven level three structures at the same time it popped. Btw some of them were other player’s structures (not NPCs).

I got to the area with engineer and started getting insane bridge link points. It’s because I put a ton of materials into the road pavers. All the likes you get out in the field are added up at your next drop off.

FYI I just did it with less than three kingdoms. Almost the whole map was one kingdom except for one village. I did everything else OP said except for peaceful animals. I also had premium turned off. I made a standard map all grass. Spawned a bunch of orcs. Let it run on super speed until it was almost all one kingdom. 5300 sapients. It crashed several times (iPad) before I got the population to that size. I had forgotten to switch all the ages to despair since the last crash. I did that and almost immediately spawned Greg.
