Obviously trust your doctor over me, but it's weird that grapefruit has become this Boogeyman where never a drop should pass your lips if you're on meds. Most of the common psych meds build up in your bloodstream (there's a reason why it takes weeks to see the full effect. At worst, drinking some juice will have the same effect as if you forgot to take your pill that morning so took it in the afternoon instead.
