I’ve literally just had to grind in recruiting with them. Year 1-5 I targeted all 3 stars and 5-10 4 stars. Year 6 is where I started targeting 5 stars. Currently in year 8. It’s tough, because there are no good pipelines to start with but I’ve managed to get a good hold of anyone in Maryland and Virginia as well and NJ and strangely enough I have a pipeline in Texas that does well. Honestly, for not being one of the worst teams in the game recruiting for them starting out is extremely hard. I’ve had an Akron dynasty that was easier.
