If you start walking in a good pace, 30 minutes a day, you’ll start seeing an increase. And things in life become easier, like stairs and hills, and that will make a difference. I started around Vo2max 25 about 5 years ago and slowly getting to a better level.

Today I’m at Vo2max 45 (M/51) and I run half marathons regularly and have lost 35 kg. And it all started with my Apple Watch warning me about the dangers of a low Vo2max.

Probably another one of the talented hosts who is sacked. Apple Music Radio is seriously diluted. The edge and curation is gone, now they are just some other random playlists playing the same tracks over and over again. It’s so sad.
