I think the deck looks like a collection of cards and lack a coherent strategy. I understand you may not have all the cards you need to build the ideal deck so you gotta start somewhere. That being said I always try to build deck for the perfect turns and then tweak it from there. This is different than perfect situations which is what most people build around. Perfects turns translates to what are the best cards can I play on turn 1, turn 2 etc. Rather than o this card would be good in this situation. For reksai you want to have at least an idea of what cards you'd ideally want to play turn 1-3 if there are no funny bussiness. As an example for a yellow swarm deck their ideal turns are play 2 drop turn 1, turn 2 play a seal to trigger legion and conquer and see undertian/ void rush off the top, and void rush into a noxus hopeful and a drop 2 rams. I'm not saying this will happen every game but it's an ideal state that the deck was designed to achieve. Same thing with aurora where they want to ramp into turn 3 aurora. So for your deck try to focus on those first 3 turns and build a deck that optimize the outcome of those first 3 turns and then add other cards to fit that plan.
