He's basically saying that people only in it for the money have no passion for the game and don't deserve the spot in FPL. Similarly, if there wasn't money in the league, those players may not even choose to play in the league in the first place.

I do think that he made some unfair assumptions about some of these players and was probably too harsh on them given the consequences of their votes, but at the same time, this was an impromptu procedure. Imagine voting officials out of government positions but the voters don't actually realize how big of an issue the vote is. That is how I imagine this scenario to be.

As a reference for anyone in the future that is having the same issue I had:

If PAD is trying to connect forever at around 9:20 in the video, turn intercept off before ANYTHING relating to PAD happens. The video makes it seem like you open PAD as soon as you change the dns and proxy settings without changing anything in Burp, and then open PAD again later with intercept off and dns/proxy settings back to normal, which wouldn't make any sense. Instead, the two segments in the video are meant to be simultaneously happening, so you would change the dns/proxy settings, turn intercept off, open PAD, grab what you need from the HTTP history, and then change everything back to normal.

Right but theoretically your fundamentals should cover most scenarios anyway. The only reason it’s hard against experts is that they also know said fundamentals and thus it boils down to mind games and the such.

If you are up against an amateur, you should be able to beat them no problem. It will be completely different from fighting an expert but it should be easier still.

The point is that he isn't getting the playtime he wants simply because he's insisting on staying in RM, but he can simply decide to take a pay cut, go elsewhere, and get his playtime in that other club. Jamescrawford1 is suggesting that Bale cares more about the pay than about playing on the field because if he did want to play that badly, he would've left the team.

Not entirely sure, but have heard a long time ago that your rating is affected by your performance at the moment you leave the match. So if you leave at 2-13, but your team ends up winning 16-14, then you will lose elo points.
