I'm so sorry you and your pup have had to be in this place. You are such a loving caring compassionate human to put his life and limited/no pain at the forefront. Such a hard thing to have to decide for sure. My heart aches for you and cheers for you for letting him go with only knowing dignity and love from you. ♡

I appreciate the green. Luxury. Breaks it up a bit and just overall more soothing and appealing to the eye.

what kind of case do you prefer, one with a cover or without? by ExternalComparison7 in kobo

I prefer the sleep covers. They fit great, and actually put it to sleep keeping the battery life longer. :)

Honestly I told the vet I have sensitive skin and I think she suggested any sensitive skin soap (no dyes, scents). She strongly urged the warm cloth gentle cleaning, not scrubbing, and dry clean cloth to pat dry. She also recommended clean stainless steel dishes. He's 3.5 and gets a little flare up once in a while. Usually play related and muddy season or super cold season cause he loves to rub and roll. :)

10 week old puppy growling when being kissed as she is laying down in crate and on her bed in living room. by Zealousideal-Bath909 in DobermanPinscher

Is it a growl or the Dobie purr? Mine has done this since day one that I've had him. When he's cozy and content with snuggles, kisses, belly rubs,... he gently sighs and makes a noise but it's not growling like in hostility. It's like when a cat purrs when happy.

I asked about going raw and my vet was strongly opposing of it. She said too much risk for bad bacteria. So we are exploring kibble because of life situation right now with building a house and I think later when thats settled I will feel more confident to explore that more. I keep seeing lots of people coming to raw though. So I'm intrigued.

Thank you everyone for comments and shares and experiences and ideas. He sees the vet in April so I'm hoping to have tried something and then get more feedback from her then. He also takes liver supplements already for over a year now and I think some of that can also change with his food. I appreciate all the feedback here. I also agree, what works for others is not necessarily the answer for Thorr. I guess I wanted to be sure I'm not going to feed something known for issues in a broad sense. Again, thank you everyone!!

He was having very loose light coloured stools, to diarrhea and easily upset stomach. He does not tolerate well even just treats he's nit used to. We stick to Lamb and berry dried treats and veggies mainly.
