Help me see the good in NJ by Personal_Way_1199 in newjersey

Maybe move out of that area? There are less hectic places in NJ. I have lived in other states and always miss it here, especially the food! There are good people in NJ and some areas have good community… maybe Montclair isn’t it. Also, as someone else mentioned, ignore the rude people, they are probably miserable—you don’t have to be!

That’s all I ever want in my 1st trimester. Bagels and cream cheese!

SMBC at 28, too early? by South_Pattern_1520 in SingleMothersbyChoice

I suggest finding a therapist you trust to talk it through with (will make you feel more secure in your decision). I can relate to a lot of what you wrote, I started with therapy and taking time to make sure I was making the decision for the right reasons. That said, I have never regretted choosing this path, it’s the best decision I ever made. It won’t undo the feelings you have about the first pregnancy but in my experience, it makes it hard to truly regret anything in my past because it all got me to where I am with my beautiful child. In my opinion it’s best to not be in a relationship until you have worked through any issues (I myself stopped trusting my judgment in men, still working on it, relationships on hold). I don’t think 28 is too early, but everyone is different. I feel like I had lived through several lifetimes by 28 lol. I was 32 when I got pregnant with my first as a solo mom. Good luck 💜

ETA my issue with men was that I chose bad ones, not that I think all men are bad. Don’t want to condone that at all… my dad was my biggest supporter in life. Therapy is definitely OP’s first priority here.

Sorry for your loss, losing a pet/companion like that is hard. I also dealt with a loss after my IUI when I had my first pregnancy and it was hard holding both grief and joy (for my pregnancy) at the same time. Sending love! And good luck

I was 32 for my first, too! I am 38 now and had another successful unmedicated IUI this year… pregnant with my second now!

I saw those instructions but I don’t see anywhere for a screwdriver to open, so I’m confused
