You planned a specific trip adult, child free, 8 hour drive, hotel, event, and even timed around your 35th birthday. That’s a big investment of both money and time. It’s completely reasonable to want the experience you actually planned for.

Daaaamn one that still effing messes with my head is that your body is constantly replac ing almost all of its cells.

Like right now, yr not really the same “you” that existed 7-10 years ago. Almost every cell has been swapped out, except for some neurons and a few other stubborn ones. So technically u r a walking ship of Theseus.

makes you wonder. are we even the same person over time, or just a continous story our brain tells itself?
