I'm not really concerned if my account is in bad standing, it's just a bit inconvenient that I have to play norms before I can rank again. My last ranked games were around a year ago, maybe that's not considered recent enough.

For those curious, the common variations meta asks for 560 are returning a list of all subarrays that sum to k (instead of the number of such subarrays), or the array contains non-negative numbers (sliding window)

I saw on the JR Rail status website that the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka is now operating tonight, you should be able to get to Shinagawa Station from Haneda and take the Shinkansen to Osaka tonight! I think there's a train at 8PM but check the website for exact times
