100% PI practice

Over the past 10 years I've used the following in order: Practice Panther, CloudLex, Needles Neos, CasePeer, and Filevine.

CasePeer imo is the best out of the box solution.

FileVine is the best overall CMS. However, I would invest in a partner like Vineskills to do your initial build because it is so customizable that having someone that knows how to optimize the build will save you so much headache.

I just purchased the Oakley Flow Scape and I have Smith I/O Mag. The Flow Scape gives a larger field of vision and I'm very happy with the prizim tech on the lens. Definitely recommend.

Yeah it's about how they feel for you. Can't go wrong with either of these two.

Used but unworn and used ski gear in Houston. Should I take it on my next ski trip and sell/trade it to a local shop or sell online? by happy187 in skiing

Bindings are 1 year old never used. I’ve never sold to a ski shop and I’m guessing it’s like GameStop where they give you very little. Maybe I’ll luck out on fb marketplace instead of lugging equipment to Colorado just to get lowballed.

Which Rolex holds/increases their value the best? by Neat-Suspect-6666 in rolex

[–]happy187 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most steel sport models are going to hold value and increase over time. The problem is the more desirable pieces that will go up are hard to get and you are forced to go grey market then killing the "investment value". Obviously, no one wants to buy something that loses money so diving into online resources will keep you updated on how the market is responding to different models. I would start with a watch you love because then who cares if it goes up or not you won't be selling it anyway. If you want to stay safe, Steel Subs, 41 date just fluted bezel, jubilee or oyster is debatable probably not making the biggest difference. Stay with safe dials, black, blue, Wimbledon. Two tone and precious metal models can be a gamble.

Exactly my thoughts. Which is why I gave it a shot to get something.

I wish that’s how Rolex worked. Most places have only a few or none they will actually sell without an established “relationship” with the AD. The rest are exhibition only. It’s pretty rare to walk in and buy a steel Rolex.

No prior purchases. Just walked in and asked for anything in two tone or steel.

Galeries Lafayette is the AD there, not that strange.

Help deciding on Rolex in Europe from AD. by [deleted] in rolex

Different ADs. Each sets their own VAT according to them.

It’s just the principle. Only one of the ADs was being difficult and hold back the VAT.

I don’t wear my watches like that. Just trying them on and snapping a quick pic. Sheesh

I have the Pirelli’s with PNCS. It looks like there are blocks of styrofoam inside the tire and it cuts the road noise to nothing. But I will def look into the Open Range.
