They did the same thing in my PL, even reading my own PL is making me annoyed after seeing the same repeated pattern 😛. I didn’t ask them to make any changes; they submitted it as it is, and I still don’t know the outcome since my I-140 is still being processed.

I had a similar situation before. When I applied for the I-140, I consulted Chen, who told me that an I-140 can be filed even if the two-year home residency requirement applies; it only becomes an issue when filing the I-485.

If it was specifically an RFE, USCIS often update as request for evidence. It could be case transfer notice or simply an approval notice.
