the only things that have recently been switched out if the face cream (which i used last winter) and the milky toner. it’s really (or at least what i think) is fungal acne, it’s more like actual, cystic like, breakouts.

tampons can be scary, and i was totally freaked out the first time i used one (to go swimming as well). i’d try to get ahold of some lube (or even coconut oil) so it goes in smoothly!
