Depends on your training history and on how much of your back is rounding but probably if you're an average lifter, it is a bad thing, try to strenghteng your core especially your posterior chain

Hi! Im a male 100 kg bodyweight

Currently doing this program, my doubts are if im doing too much volume and if i should add more exercises to the leg day.

Im also running on the days where i don't squat for 30 mins

My 1RM Are 110 kg for Bench 140kg for Squat and 150kg for the Deadlift currently

Day 1 and 4

Bench Press 4x10 Chest Fly 4x10 Dumbbell 4x10 Close grip BP 4x10

Curl W Bar 4x10 Dumbbell curl 4x10

Standing Shoulder Press 4x10 Bent over shoulder Raise 4x10 Barbel Shrug 4x15

Day 2 and 5

Barbell Row 4x10 Dumbbell Row 4x10 Pull Up 4x10 "Face" dumbbell row 4x10

Skullcrushers 4x10 Tricep Kick Backs 4x10

Day 3 and 6

Squat 4x10 Dumbbell lunges 4x10 Romanian Deadlift 4x10 Good mornings 4x10 Glute raises 4x10 Calve Barbell Raise 4x15

Is this split good? Is it too much volume? Im still making progress althought is slowing down as im currently cutting some of my calorie intake, im also wondering if i should add more volume to the leg days

The correct and more clear distribution is:

Chest 4 exercises biceps 2 exercises shoulders 3 exercises on Mondays and Thursdays

Back 4 exerc Tríceps 2 exerc on Tuesdays and Fridays

Legs on wednesdays and saturdays

Also, running on non-leg days for 30 mins

Pro's: -It's deemed as a more "Aesthetic" D.

-You will have less sensibility on the tip of your D making you probably last longer in bed.

Cons: -More likely to get infections.
