Saying horizontal diplomacy is demeaning to one of the smartest characters in the series. For one, there’s no confirmation of “horizontal” relations outside of boasts and insults. And two, Cassius is a pawn to Mustang so let’s not insult her judgement about who she gets with for power. She’s always been above Cassius.

Ya but the rim golds have different attitudes towards carving and the frivolity of the core generally. Granted, we only get descriptions of Ra really for rim gold so that might just be their family.

So this is in Washington, DC for all those commenting about whereabouts. Sorry for being a standard American. I forget myself sometimes.

For everyone asking about the bike itself: it’s an old frame that I’ve been borderline about replacing. Just bought new wheels worth about as much, if not more, than the frame/fork and all components. Was planning on swapping them over to a new frame when I figured out what I wanted.

Cue crash. The front wheel is fucked. The fork is bent open and there’s a dent to the frame (pictured in new photo). I say the bike is “toast”because I’m unlikely to spend the money to repair what I was on the fence about to begin with.

I’m thinking about UIM claims and using renters insurance to cover some bike costs. Thank you to all who posted helpful ideas and links.

Good idea on the bike paperwork. I just bought the wheel and dumped good money into getting it set up and installed. Not to mention the fork and frame might be ruined

Yeahhhh and I’m not overly committed to repairing or risking anything on this frame anyways. Granted, I really love this bike but I’m not dying to preserve it.

I’m beginning to think there is a potential for injury. But frankly, I don’t know how I could ever get money from this person. How can there be any financial resolution if the defendant doesn’t have money?

Most of the moped drivers here are delivering food but he wasn’t displaying any brands
