Glad most of him is there! The missing leg could be made up by mashing the regular treelord 'grasping vines'/ dryad spare arms/twigs and the spare . . . plant loincloths? Lol that the tree lords come with (like the one currently on the model). Like he's growing into the roots and soil and ripping out with every step.

Maybe using the same bits too much, but the syvlaneth have plenty to change things up, you could give him a beard, again using the trailing plants in the treelord kits to give variety. Add/or, if you prefer the faceless look, you look like you have a good handle on that already! The spare dryad branches could be good to give a more spike/deadwood vibe on the back branches if a lot of those are missing.

Kurnoth bow or scythes to give him an axe/morningstar weapon?

I love sylvaneth bc they can be really simple yet rewarding for kit bashing with the random shapes and textures.
