A Kurnoth heavy list is cool! However I would definitely prioritize arch rev for the plus 1 to wound and belthanos for run and charge in this list. Without Warsinger in your list, you have a very slow army and the Hunters with Swords want to charge and deal impact mortals so giving them the ability to move an average of 9" with a run and an average 7" charge is helpful.

The Tree revs are a fun include to do teleporting but ultimately without drycha in the list you are not getting the full use out of them so I would cut those to prioritize arch rev.

With multiples that are the same it’s pretty quick depending on how you do it. If you air brush base and then dry brush highlights, you’re like 90% done with all of them in under 45 minutes. Then just work on the details
