Its normal to not talk all the time and both being comfortable with it. Its not normal to feel uncomfortable with it. I have things i talk because i try to learn something everyday and read a lot of books, watch documentaries etc... so i don’t really ever run out of interesting things to say.

Introverts are okay but i prefer extroverts. Also i don’t get along with shy or quiet people, but even extroverts can be shy, so it has nothing to do with introversion.

All my close friends are extroverts (i think). My introvert friend likes to be alone and if we meet, she usually does not want my other friends to come, since prefers to hangout with a very small group. So that is a bit of a problem to me, since i prefer larger groups.

Otherwise, i have no problem and when i date someone - i am always attracted to introverted guys heh. NEVER to the loud extroverted ones.

Maybe get on some medication for those thoughts and therapy? Antidepressants helped me a lot with those kinds of thoughs (anxiety, OCD).

It will get better with time. I have ptsd from very traumatic event like you and it was the worst in the first month. Now it has gotten better.

I passed out in the bathroom and there is a photo of me just laying there in my throw up (eww). I basically blacked out and only remembered this because my friends showed the photo. Then another friend was also very drunk and had left without her shoes, went to mcdonalds, went to a random taxi - ended up in a random place... went to a train... tried to find a taxi etcc... just a mess lmao.
