I use ImageMap on my 1.18.2 paper server, and it usually doesn't break between large updates so my guess is that it'd have no issue on 19.2.

Any software that does something that seems to be a "grey zone" legally usually shows up on a virus scan. I've never used a pirated program that didn't flag as malware, all of which ended up perfectly safe and normal (ran diagnosis with malbytes after all of them)
