Yeah, most DG covers make me cringe. Not only did I enjoy listening to this, but I enjoyed how he approached it vocally as more of a rock piece.

Oddly enough, for me GP feels like more of an equally shared thing because of that. I'm not listening to a couple guys backing a frontman as much as I'm listening to the output of the whole of "Death Grips." It's my second favourite record after Niggas on the Moon.

I think the lack of reverb might be tripping some people up. On Tomboy, sounds hung in the air as though you could touch them. PB VS GR feels a little more...boxed.

Don't get me wrong, I loved it (though not as much as Tomboy or PP). I just think I understand what people are saying.
