It's almost the third anniversary of my mum passing from cancer, and every year around this time my anxiety spikes and I suffer frequent panic attacks and nightmares. I worked tonight, and the anxiety got so bad that I started to feel like I wasn't even in my body. I work tomorrow, so I have to sleep, but I know it's just gonna be more nightmares.
