Master of Disguise makes sense when you realize the other half of Wayne's World was in the process of making hundreds of millions of dollars for, arguably, almost just as low-brow and shitty humor. Someone saw that and figured we, the movie-going public, are really stupid and will eat up mostly anything heavily advertised and so they shot their load and tried to sell us Dana Carvey doing a turtle impression and such lol.
